Metallurgical Industry Rotary Kiln Product Overview

This series of rotary kilns is a large-scale calcining kiln with advanced international level developed by the company together with Beijing Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and Suzhou Institute of Nonmetallic Mine Industry. Compared with traditional kiln type, this series of products can increase output by 30%, reduce heat consumption by 40%, discharge flue gas temperature < 250 C, facilitate dust collection and meet the requirements of modern energy saving, consumption reduction, and environmental protection. It is widely used in calcination of laterite nickel ore, active limestone, oxidized pellets, magnesia, alumina, titanium dioxide and other products.

Metallurgical Industry Rotary Kiln Structural Characteristics

1. Rotary kiln cylinder design takes full account of the rotation angle at the deflection support of the cylinder to prolong the service life of refractory bricks and castables.
2. Adopting large diameter and small aspect ratio idler bearings to improve reliability. The bearings are self-aligning bearings.
3. The new type of open gear cover has a good sealing effect.
4. Spring laminated flexible seal, double-layer spring seal increases insulation layer and improves reliability and service life.
