Dry Rotary Kiln overview
The cylinder body of the rotary kiln is rolled up by a steel plate. The cylinder body is lined with refractory lining and has a specified gradient with the level. It is supported by three-wheel belts on each supporting device. A large ring of teeth is fixed on the inner cylinder body of the span near the wheel belt at the feeding end with a tangential spring plate, and a pinion meshes with it. In normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to the open gear device through the main reducer to drive the rotary kiln.

Dry Rotary Kiln Form
1. Cylinder and Kiln Lining
The material is from the end of the kiln (high end of the cylinder) into the kiln calcination. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material rolls in the circumferential direction and moves along the axis (from the high end to the low end). The process of decomposition and firing is continued. After physical and chemical changes, the clinker is generated and cooled by the grate cooler through the kiln hood. Fuel is injected into the kiln from the kiln head. After heat exchange between the waste gas and the material produced by combustion, the fuel is exported from the kiln tail.
